How do you control your stress?
I feel like I stress out about the littlest things and I feel like I FREAK about it.
I'm only in high school.
If its a spanish project, it gets me really nervous. A test that I dont think I did that good on, I worry about it alot. I'm an A student and I'm always pressured to not ever fail. If all the stress I'm having from school work makes me freak out on my friends then I stress about that. Then I have to come home to my dad who makes everyone stress out, and if my mom stresses out which is almost all the time] it makes me stress out too, because she does everything for our family and I hate that she has to worry so much. Her mom and dad are in very poorly condition, so I am left with my dad and my sister.
My sister is gone most of the time, but she gets on my nerves 60% of the time anyway. And my dad just dosent know when to shut up! If you see all this stress is just driving me crazy. I really cant handle it. My face even breaks out, Help!
